biography
Ammodo, founded in 2011, is a non-profit organization which initiates and supports projects that contribute to the development of art and science. Ammodo focuses primarily on contemporary visual arts, performing arts and pure science.
The main aim of the activities in which Ammodo engages in the field of performing arts is to contribute to the creation, development and presentation of quality productions which are innovative and challenging in nature.
To achieve this goal Ammodo is working alongside Toneelgroep Amsterdam together with various cultural institutions such as the National Opera and Ballet, Holland Festival, the Dutch Dance Theatre and If I Can’t Dance I Don’t Want To Be Part of Your Revolution.
Ammodo supports the creation of the Couperus Trilogy and Husbands and Wives by the Toneelgroep Amsterdam.
