Claire Bender (1993) grew up in The Hague. In 2007 she appeared in the performance Blackbird directed by Maaike van Langen at Het Nationale Toneel.

In 2016 she graduated from the Maastricht Theater Academy. In the second year of this education she performed at the IT's Festival in the graduation performance After the End (2014), directed by Merel Smitt.

She was also seen in the feature film Lover or Loser directed by Dave Schram, she played guest roles in TV series such as Dokter Deen and Moordvrouw, she participated in a number of graduation films and docudramas and was part of the Dutch Film Festival (2014). featured in an interactive film project by VPRO Dorst. During 3LAB 2015, she played in the series Rundfunk, directed by Rob Lücker, the second season of which was shown in the summer of 2016.

She has also appeared at Theater Utrecht, both in Stad der Blinden and Een soort Hades, directed by Thibaud Delpeut. She also played in Liliom by Julie Van den Berghe at TA-2, the platform for the development of (directing) talent, in collaboration with Frascati Productions.
