Karina Smulders (1980) has been associated with Toneelgroep Amsterdam from 2002 till 2012. She appeared in Ifigeneia in Aulis, Antonioni Project, Summer Trilogy, Hedda Gabler, Cries and Whispers, After the Fall, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Roman Tragedies, The Russians! and After the rehearsal / Persona (nomination Theo d'Or 2013)

Smulders made her acting debut in the television series On the Way to Tomorrow. She appeared in various films such as Wolfsbergen, Bride Flight, and in All Time (directed by Job Gosschalk).
