Halina Reijn (1975) has been a member of the ITA-ensemble since 2003.
Reijn played before at ITA in Husbands and wives, La voix humaine, The Fountianhead, The hidden force, Othello, Obsession, Nora (Theo d'Or), Hedda Gabler, Children of the Sun, Antonioni Project, The Russians!, Husbands, The taming of the shrew, Mourning becomes Electra (nomination Theo d’Or), Danton's death, Cries and whispers, Mary Stuart (nomination Theo d’Or), Rocco and his brothers, Ajax, Oresteia, Perfect wedding, Huis van de toekomst, Three sisters and Con amore.
Until 2003, Reijn was a member of De Trust, where she performed in plays including Hamlet and Shopping and fucking (Colombina Award 1998). She regularly appears in films, such as De eetclub [The dinner club], Isabelle, Win/Win, Zwartboek [Black Book] and Valkyrie, and in the television series In therapie [In therapy].
In 2010 her second book was published: Halina: Doen alsof ik iemand anders ben [Halina: Acting like I am someone else]. Reijn is also working on two films scripts: Prinsesje Nooitgenoeg [Little Princess Plentiful] (after her eponymous novel) and Mara.
